Umingan
Umingan is located at the foot of the Caraballo Mountains. It is bounded in the north by San Quintin, Pangasinan; east by Lupao, Nueva Ecija; south by Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and Balungao, Pangasinan in the west.Majority of the town’s population are descendants of the Ilocanos.
